1946-1948 Plymouth Special Deluxe steering wheel center cap horn button OEM

Description

Has a lot of pitting, scratching and other wear as shown. The clips on the back have rust which appears to be mostly surface rust. There is a lot of paint loss.

The piece is presented as found, the only thing I did was wipe off the face of it with a damp cloth. It has still has dirt on it especially on the back.
