Knurled Brass Insert Part Lamp Finial/Topper DIY Making Hardware 1/4-27 +1/8 IPS

This is a set of solid brass knurled inserts for lamp finial making. These are intended to be inserted into an object and are suitable for casting various materials such as plaster, resin and silicone. Compatible also with plastic, wood and so on. The kurled texture assures the hardware will not move inside your object.

This product should not be baked. If you need the same version of this hardware which can withstand polymer clay baking temperatures please send a message.

These fit both 1/4-27 threading of any standard lamp harp, as well as 1/8 IPS threaded rod like used on some tension pole lamps, swag lamps, chandeliers and so on.

• 7/16″ width of knurled portion
• 3/8″ height of knurled portion
• 1/2″ width of smooth portion
• 5/8″ height of smooth portion
• 1mm gap between smooth portion and knurled portion
• 11/16″ maximum screw depth if using a harp
• 1/8″ maximum depth if using 1/8 IPS threaded rod

The reducer is removable, the rest is not. The reducer can be made permanent upon request, simply leave a note while checking out.
