VTG Pair 2 Hand Blown Glass Tulip Hurricane Chimney Slip Shade 1-1/2″ 1.5 Fitter

Description

Vintage pair of hand blown slip shades with 1.5″ fitter, measures 7.5″ tall each. The inside diameter of the fitter on one sheet is 1-3/16″, and the other is 1-1/4″.

These have a lot of imperfections from the glass blowing process so if you’re looking for something immaculate and perfect this isn’t it! I feel like things that have some quirky character then read on…

The glass has a lot of bubbles and swirls, lines, scars and so on. The top edges are imperfect, one edge has a small dip in it which seems like a chip but it is not. On both shades, a portion of the top has some clouding from the blowing process (see the picture where my fingers are pointing to each).

One fitter has some chips on it as shown.

The shades have some scratching. One is heavier than the other by 1.5 Oz.
