This is a vintage milk glass shade which was hand blown, which means it has irregularities in the shape. It measures approximately 2-5/8″ tall, between 5.5″ to 6″ wide depending on the side you measure because it is hand blown, and has a fitter which measures 2-3/16″ which is between 2-1/8″ and 2-1/4″.

There are no chips or cracks.
