Description

This vintage swag lamp has a real green glass (not dyed/coated) globe.

Features:

Raised gold floral motifs on outside of globe
Chain a matching dark gold color with yellowish gold cord.
Bakelite switch which is very tactile and feels very good in the hand when operating.
Porcelain socket.
“Optic” effect is more/less visible depending on the type of bulb used. For example: frosted, unfrosted, colored, 40w vs 60w (or equivalent). See pictures for details.
Optic effect can be made quite pronounced with the correct bulb and the glass emits an interesting 3D pattern all around, adding ambiance to your atmosphere.

S-hook which is used for attaching the chain to itself so it can be slung over a rafter or pole for hanging.

The globe is in good condition, no chips or cracks.

Half of the bottom flange is ground (see 2nd to last photo).
