This is a photographic print by Hasselblad on flexible plastic or acrylic.
I believe it is an offset lithograph. See the last 2 photos for the microscope photographs that we took of the prints in this series.

Broken corner on bottom-right side.
Back of print is dirty / has adhesive.
Print has general surface wear such as surface scratching and minor edge wear.
The print has a hole in each corner. I believe these holes are supposed to be there as they are aligned perfectly and they’re on each print we have from this series of Hasselblad prints.
Print ships in rigid container to protect from further damages.
