Large 9″ Hand Blown Footed Glass Display/Candle Plate Dish Stand Pedestal Tray

Description

This is a hand blown glass footed tray which measures approximately 9.25″ across and approximately 1-7/8″ tall, and weighs 4 lb 13 Oz. It has three conical feet. This is a heavy duty piece.

The glass is aquamarine with a slight smoke colored tint. It has a lot of texture and inclusions like bubbles and other artifacts from the glass blowing process.  The texture is in the form of waves and swirls, both on the top and bottom.

The surfaces are not perfectly flat, nor are the edges or anything else. The imperfections add to its beauty that it is not mass manufactured.

If you’re looking for something on the organic side of design rather than machine made, this is a nice piece.

There are no chips or cracks.
