Description

This is a vintage 1980’s whimsical desk lamp in the manner of George Kovacs.

The yellow base is shaped to represent the goose’s webbed feet.

The pupils of the eyes on the shade allow a very small amount of light through as an accent.

The base is made of pressed steel, the neck is steel with a plastic sheath and the shade is ceramic.

The neck only flexes at the curvature.

The lamp is fully working.

Measurements (measured with the bottom of the head level with the table):

Condition:

The shade has been repaired as shown in the photos and video.
On the outside portion of the repair, the yellow is a slightly different color.
On the same side as the repair, there are two hairline cracks in the glaze (see photos).
There is some yellowing to the plastic neck as shown.

For shipping, the shade will be removed and packed individually to avoid damages.
