Really unusual piece of hardware, everything is solid brass including the bolts. A magnet doesn’t stick to anything.

Arm is marked “MJM Inc B 500”.

I have no idea what this is supposed to be used for but since it’s solid brass I’m thinking it’s nautical.

Measurements:

Measures 16.25″ long, 10″ wide, weight is 9.5 lbs.

Height of the arm up to the top bolt is 6″, length of the arm attached to it is 8.5″.

The back part near the arm is tapered, slopes down about 0.25″.

Thickness of the “shelf” part is 0.14″ or 3.5mm.

Condition:

Arm is bent to the side as shown.

Has patina / scratching / other wear.
